Tonic are currently searching for a Chef de Partie to join our Client’s busy and successful country-pub business in Wraxall. Our client is an independent, accoladed, gastro-pub using quality, fresh ingredients from top suppliers on their seasonally changing menus.

Role information and package:

  • Salary of circa £22K (plus a minimum of £100 a week in tips)
  • Loyalty rewarded with pay-rises
  • Staff parking is available
  • Work closely with a strong Head Chef to create and develop seasonal menus and daily specials

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in similar businesses, will have worked in a fresh-food kitchen previously and be passionate about your work. Ideally you will have some Michelin/Rosette experience under your belt and have strong pastry skills. You must be able to drive and have your own car for this role. 

You will be working alongside a Head Chef of a great pedigree that has a passion for training and nurturing their team.
