Tonic are currently searching for a Head Chef for a Michelin Starred business in Birmingham where the Head Chef would work alongside a Chef Patron as part of the creative team as well as managing the day-to-day kitchen operations on-site. The Chef Patron is currently working on other avenues of the business’ growth and needs a Head Chef who can ensure that standards remain high and creativity is at the forefront of current trends.

This role requires a Head Chef or Sous Chef with excellent experience cooking at a level of at least 2 AA Rosettes with an ability to motivate, train and develop a kitchen brigade. The Head Chef will be given autonomy to run the kitchen as their own within the guidelines of the Chef Patron. The starting package will be up to £40k including bonus and with various perks as part of your role, in this growing business, there are exciting developments on the horizon which could open up opportunities to progress further in the future.
