Tonic are searching for a Head of Hospitality Operations for our client’s business within a large stadium in Manchester. Our client is an innovative culinary business pushing boundaries and is committed to being the best in their field. As Head of Hospitality Operations you will be managing up to 700 temporary employees delivering a premium experience to guests.

You will have worked in a fast-paced, high volume business previously and will have a good understanding of project management and will be commercially astute. You will be an inspirational leader, showing others the way and will encourage high standards. Flexibility will be required for this role, and the ability to liaise with managers and other HOD’s. You will be keen to drive revenue and will have excellent business acumen.
It would be advantageous to have at least five years’ experience at a senior level in a stadium, arena or conference environment with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
