One of Birmingham’s leading Fine Dining Restaurants is looking for a new waiter or waitress to join their team on a full-time basis.
As a Section waiter (Chef de Rang) you will be responsible for delivering the most important part of the customer experience and making sure that each guest you look after has the most memorable time in this luxurious and exciting restaurant. Your knowledge and passion for food and drink should be second to none and you should have experience in working within top-end hospitality businesses. Ideally from an AA Rosette, Michelin Star background.
You should be well presented with a genuine passion for quality customer service and capable of working under pressure calmly and efficiently.
This is a role with plenty of development opportunities for the right person as the restaurant is part of a developing group within the West Midlands lead by inspiring hospitality professionals.
