Caitlin’s passion for hospitality, training and premium product knowledge was kick-started at 22 when she began work at Revolution, Aberdeen. Her ability was immediately recognised by her employers and she was quickly promoted to trainee assistant manager.
Caitlin then moved to Malmaison to be part of the opening team, where she moved up the ranks to Brasserie Manager. During her time as Assistant Manager, Caitlin’s team at Malmaison Aberdeen was nominated for a Catey, while Caitlin respectively was nominated for Department Trainer of the year.
In 2013 Caitlin joined 1* Michelin Restaurant Alimentum in Cambridge as their Reservations and Events Manager, a role she held for 5 years. Caitlin also commanded all over Alimentum’s social media platforms during her time there.
Caitlin’s key areas of expertise are recruitment for high-street and fast-casual restaurant and hotels, and she holds a great breadth of knowledge on the industry, especially Fine Dining.
Caitlin has a passion for wine, having passed her WSET Level 2 Award with merit. She also has a keen interest in photography, birdwatching and, of course, eating out!
