Salary: £24,000 plus £400 a month in tronc
Tonic are searching for a Chef de Partie for an incredible restaurant near the Hertfordshire / Worcestershire border. This is a restaurant offering excellent fine dining, British food. Live-in accommodation is available. This is an incredible place to learn from the very best. The head chef here is a fantastic mentor and has learned from the best so professional development is guaranteed.
·Salary circa £24k plus tronc (about £400 a month)
·Working Wednesday – Sunday (Sun finish 17:00)
·Closed for two weeks in the Summer and over Christmas and New Year
We only want the best candidates who….
·Have stable work histories, any short durations can be explained due to valid reasons. You will have worked to a minimum of 2 Rosettes but ideally to 1* Michelin (3 Rosette level)
·Are passionate about food, service, and hospitality. You simply won’t fit in here otherwise
·Are team focused and driven to be the best they can be. You understand that you will have to work hard, but you will be rewarded by being part of a close-knit team who work for each other.
·Have a solid knowledge of how to organise a kitchen and communicate clearly at all times
You may be a strong commis, already a CDP or even a sous chef searching for the next challenge.
