Salary: £25,000-£29,000

Tonic are searching for a Chef Manager for our client in north Wolverhampton. The business is a unique bakery and cafe, cooking fresh artisan bread and pastry products daily as well as running a brunch and lunch menu using seasonal locally sourced produce.

What’s in it for you:

  • Straight shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm (45-50 hour week)

Desirable skills and experience:
  • Excellent pastry skills, ideally showing NVQ or similar qualification
  • Management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good understanding of fresh, seasonal produce and current food trends is essential
