Tonic are looking for a candidate to oversee logistics at our clients newly opening food production business in Digbeth, Birmingham. Our client has been producing and distributing “At Home” boxes throughout lockdown and see the potential for this to continue indefinitely. They have purchased a state-of-the-art production unit and equipment. The successful candidate will oversee the team of 4-5 chefs and the entire ordering and distribution of the products.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be a real self-starter, someone who is motivated, flexible and highly organised. They will have strong IT skills; good knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential. They will also be a great written and verbal communicator (fluent English is a must).

What will be expected of you? As stated we are looking for a candidate with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach however the core of this persons role will be the following:
·Manage all customer orders and incoming enquiries (phone & email)
·Ensure all packaging, cleaning and disposables are in stock
·Basic facilities management
·Manage the packaging process
·Liaise with the delivery company
