Tonic are searching for a Sommelier for our client’s relaxed Michelin starred restaurant in Solihull. Our client’s business has a focus on organic and sustainable produce where the provenance of every product is vitally important. These values extend through to the restaurant’s award-winning wine list. They have a fantastic working culture here where the team is looked after, encouraged to be themselves and to contribute.

What is our client looking for in their successful Sommelier?
  • You will have WSET level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant at AA rosette level
  • A natural warmth and ability to build rapport
  • Good knowledge and interest in food
  • The desire to join a hardworking and passionate team that wants to continually progress
