Tonic are currently searching for a Sous Chef to join our Client’s busy and successful gastro-pub business in Maulden, Bedfordshire.
Our client is an independent gastro-pub using quality, fresh ingredients from top suppliers on their seasonally changing menus.
Role information and package:
- Starting salary up to 30K
- Share of tips
- Loyalty will be rewarded with pay-rises, training courses and opportunities to progress as the business grows
- Staff parking is available and meals are provided on duty
- Full autonomy on menus, suppliers and staffing, working closely with a strong Head Chef
You will be able to demonstrate experience in similar businesses, will have worked in a management role within a fresh-food kitchen previously and be passionate about your work.
Our client is looking to expand their business, so this will open up further opportunities in the future. You will be working alongside a Head Chef of a great pedigree, with whom you will have full autonomy over the pub’s menu. The Head Chef has a passion for training and nurturing their team.
