Restaurant Manager – £35,000 package – Accommodation available – Award Winning Restaurant – Lincolnshire

• Salary of £28,000 per annum plus Service Charge

Tonic are searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our client’s award-winning restaurant in Lincolnshire. As Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager to help oversee a high-quality restaurant operation, alongside a small team of front of house staff and sommelier. The restaurant is built around using the freshest and finest ingredients that are available.

To be considered for the Restaurant Manager position:

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor within a Michelin starred restaurant
• WSET qualification – you’ll be working closely with the Sommelier
• Good management skills – recruiting, training and developing your team
• You must be a career driven manager looking to build and drive your career
