Tonic are recruiting an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for our clients renowned private members club in Birmingham. You will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager across multiple outlets ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.

Essential qualities for Assistant Food & Beverage Manager applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as restaurant manager/multi-outlet F&B Manager
• I.T & computer literate
• A team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• Ability to communicate effectively to both guests and your team
• Track record of growing sales and retaining business
