Tonic are recruiting an Assistant HR Manager for our client’s superb Hospitality Venue in Manchester. In this role as Assistant HR Manager, you’ll be involved in all areas of the people function, including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Training. You’ll be required to work 5 days out of 7 and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, compliance and success of both day–
to-day HR functions and operational events.

What we are looking for in Assistant HR Manager candidates:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working within HR or People Operations in Hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent qualification is desirable
• Computer literate with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of scheduling and cloud-based software
