Tonic are recruiting for a Assistant Manager to join our client’s fine dining restaurant near Lichfield. This restaurant is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes seasonally. The ideal Assistant Manager will be comfortable leading from the front, delivering a first class customer experience.

• Minimum of 2 years management/supervisory experience within fine dining restaurants
• A friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
• A real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• WSET qualification is desirable for this role
