Tonic are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our client’s food-led, gastro pub in rural Cheltenham. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes seasonally. The ideal Assistant Manager will be comfortable leading from the front, delivering a first-class customer experience to every guest. 

We are looking for an assistant manager who – 

• Has at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience within restaurants
• Is friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
• Is a real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
• Has experience with cellar management
