Tonic are recruiting for an outstanding gastropub style restaurant with rooms near Stratford-Upon-Avon that is looking to bolster its senior leadership team. As Assistant Manager, you will be hands-on during service and integral to the restaurant’s performance and reputation. The business operates at the highest level of hospitality and offers first-class food, drink, and service. 

What we are looking for in Assistant Manager candidates:

• A proven track record within first-class, fresh food restaurants 
• Ideally some experience with rooms/hotels and IT-savvy 
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
