What are we looking for in a successful Bar Manager candidate?
·At least 3 years as a Bar Manager of a stand-alone, quality, high-volume bar/restaurant
·Passion for great beverages and giving outstanding service
·A strong knowledge of and an ability to manage the P&L, including forecasting, labour budgeting, control and driving sales
·You will understand what excellence is and how to motivate your people to be their best – every day
