Tonic are currently recruiting a Bar Supervisor for our client’s restaurant and bar operation in the City of London. The bar and restaurant are only open until 09:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, meaning you’ll benefit from no weekends and no late finishes. 

What we are looking for in Bar Supervisor candidates:

• A minimum of 2 years Bar experience within high-end bars/restaurants
• Strong overall drinks knowledge and menu development
• A true passion for customer experience
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
