Tonic is looking for a committed Butcher with excellent technical skills to lead our client’s retail butchery concession. The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of retail butchery gained over at least two years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

The successful Butcher will be expected to –

• Proactively share product information with the team and customers
• Show excellent service and sales skills
• Be computer literate, comfortable using different IT systems
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Participate in stocktakes, meetings and training as required
