Catering Operations Manager

Catering Operations Manager – London  EC4 – £35,000 – Mon-Fri

As Catering Operations Manager you will be expected to – 

• Co-ordinate and work directly with the client to ensure day to day service is top quality
• Oversee Site Event planning – including co-ordinating and liaising with the client whilst providing suggestions to enhance overall event experience. 
• Interact with clients to build relationships and to ensure their needs are being met and exceeded
• Client Liaison on arrival to ensure all event expectations are delivered 

We are looking for the following from the successful Catering Operations Manager –

• Excellent customer service skills, 5+ years prior experience in customer facing hospitality / catering roles
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers/guests
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
