Catering, Restaurant and Event General Manager – Premium Health and Leisure Club – Birmingham – £35,000-£40,000 + 10% bonus – 40 hours/week contract
Tonic have been asked to assist our client’s search for a driven, passionate and highly motivated individual to lead their Catering, Restaurant and Event department. The successful General Manager will be rewarded with –

As Catering and Events General Manager you will be responsible for all staff members within the front of house team; including bar, restaurant, kitchen and events team. This role will manage and coordinate all aspects of food, beverage and events management. You must possess strong front of house skills, driving change to motivate and inspire the team. Working closely with the Head Chef you will work to achieve agreed budgets and member satisfaction levels, constantly looking to improve and evolve the offering, revenue and profitability.
