Tonic are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to be based at one of our client’s high profile corporate contracts in London. You will be creating fresh food menu choices for breakfast and lunch plus hospitality, from small lunch meetings to VIP fine dining. You must be comfortable cooking fresh, innovative menus for large numbers!

Essential qualities for Chef de Partie applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Chef de Partie within a professional fresh food kitchen
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at 3 rosette and above is desirable
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
  • Display a real passion for food and ingredients
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Compliant in Food Hygiene and Food Safety
