Tonic are searching for a Chef de Partie to join our client’s Michelin-rated restaurant located in London. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that can change daily.

What are we looking for from the successful Chef de Partie candidates? 

• You will have previous experience working to a three rosette/Michelin star level
• Drive, passion and hard work
• You will be able to demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
