Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client’s B&I contract catering operations near East Midlands Airport. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must be passionate about sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability.
Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:
A minimum of 2 years of experience at Head Chef level
Experience within fine dining restaurants is desirable
An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
