Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client’s fresh food contract catering operations in South East London. You will be responsible for a small team, with the autonomy to create exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability. 

Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within restaurants, hotels or high-end contract catering
• An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
• A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
