Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client’s B&I contract catering operations in Braintree, Essex. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability.

Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within fresh food contract catering
• Chef Manager or Head Chef experience within B&I contracts is essential
• An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
• A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
