Deputy Manager

Tonic are recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our client’s luxury-focused hotel.

As Deputy General Manager you will lead the team across all departments and provide leadership support in the absence of the General Manager. Our client is a high-quality hotel and is looking for an experienced operator. A strong background in quality-focused, busy F&B operations would be ideal.
