Tonic are searching for an Executive Head Chef to lead our client’s fresh food, contract catering operations in Hertfordshire. The ideal Executive Head Chef will have a natural passion for using fresh ingredients, be comfortable working as part of a team and front-facing with the customer. Our client wants a creative leader that will really revitalise and re-energise the offering across the site. This role will provide additional training and development to develop and grow in your career.
Desirable qualities in Executive Head Chef applicants at this level will include;
- 3 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen as Exec Head/Head Chef
- NVQ or equivalent level 3 qualification
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
- Drive, ambition, and commitment to your career
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and working with a team
