Tonic are searching for an Executive Head Chef to join one of our client’s B&I contract catering operations in London. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day plus a la carte and fine dining options. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating sustainable menus, and be able to deliver fine dining hospitality to the highest level. The Executive Head Chef must have excellent communication and presentations skills, and the ability to project manage an outstanding new dining experience.
Essential qualities for Executive Head Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as Head or Executive Chef within high-end B&I
- Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 3 rosette is highly desirable
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
- A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
