Tonic are searching for an Executive Head Chef to join our client’s high quality, multi-outlet operation in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a good blend of fine dining and volume catering throughout your career. This exciting role as Executive Head Chef will oversee an on-site cafe/bistro plus large conference, events and weddings. 

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • 5+ years of Head Chef experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
  • A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A Head Chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
