Salary: £40,000 plus bonus

Tonic have been tasked to source a food and beverage manager for our clients soon to open a business in Bridgnorth, Staffordshire. The business comprises two restaurants, event spaces and two bars; the successful food and beverage manager will oversee them all, so must be experienced in all areas. This is a luxury property therefore we are looking for the best of the best in the food and beverage manager.

What qualities and experience must food and beverage manager candidates possess to be successful?

  • Previous experience in managing restaurants (ideally to 2 rosette level)
  • Experience in planning and executing large events and weddings
  • Bar, Cellar and wine list management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A smart and polished appearance
  • Experience of managing large teams within hospitality, ideally across multiple areas of a business
