Tonic are searching for a talented and energetic Floor Manager to join our client’s award-winning restaurant group in central London. As Floor Manager, you will play an essential role in creating a memorable guest experience for diners and be instrumental in setting service standards. As well as managing the day to day operation you will be responsible for team training and development within the restaurant.

What we are looking for in the successful Floor Manager?

• 2 years experienced as a floor, restaurant or duty manager in a busy restaurant environment
• You will enjoy guest interaction and lead by example to the restaurant team
• A positive attitude towards work
• Clear stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
