Tonic are searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our client’s luxury property in Worcestershire. The property has a restaurant, event space and beautifully furnished bedrooms.

Who is the employer looking for?

• Previous experience in managing 3 rosette restaurants and higher is desirable
• Experience in planning and executing large events and weddings
• Knowledge of bar, cellar and wine list management
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing large teams
