Salary: £36,000 plus bonus

Tonic has been tasked to source a food and beverage manager for our clients recently refurbished hotel. As Food and Beverage Manager you will have full responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and management of the food and beverage P&L. The ideal food and beverage manager will come from a minimum of a 1 rosette environment.

  • Experience of managing large teams within hospitality, ideally across multiple areas of a business
