Food & Beverage Manager – £28k plus Bonus – Vibrant Venue – Coventry

• Salary of £28,000 per annum + performance based bonus
• 37.5 hours per week to be worked across Wednesday-Sunday

Tonic are currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for our clients exciting Food & Beverage venue in Coventry. Our client is looking for someone who will thrive on creating a busy, casual dining space. We’d like this person to have strong bar management experience along with restaurant or experience. This exciting post will be responsible for helping to drive and develop primarily, the Street Food and entertainment venue/

What we are looking for in Food & Beverage Manager candidates:

• Exposure or experience with street food is highly desirable
• A true passion for Food and beverage with a keen eye for trends
• Experience in managing bar stock control and rotation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to deal with high pressure situation and manage a team effectively at quieter moments
