Tonic are searching for a Front Office Manager to join our clients luxury hotel in Kidderminster. As Reception Manager, you will lead the front office team to make an excellent first impression and provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests. 

To be considered for the Front Office Manager position:

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor within full-service hotel
• Passion and enthusiasm 
• Experience of managing a team of 6+
• Good management skills – recruiting, training and developing your team
