General Manager

Location: Bedford

Salary: £40,000 – 50,000

Tonic are searching for an ambitious General Manager to lead the team at our client’s market-leading gastro pub in Bedford. Our client is looking for a customer-focused, experienced General Manager to manage all aspects of the operation, including team development & customer satisfaction, whilst working with the kitchen team to drive the food offering. The successful General Manager will be a passionate ‘foodie’ who is commercially focussed and who wants to drive this already successful business to the next level.

• Previous experience in high-end gastro pubs with rooms and private dining offerings
• You will have an exceptional understanding of P&L and controlling the bottom line
• You will have drive, ambition and energy, leading the team to deliver the highest standards

• You must have your own transport – Full UK driving license
