General Manager – High-end, High Volume Restaurant – New Opening – Nottingham City Centre – up to £70,000 package

Tonic is exclusively assisting our client with their search for a top-quality General Manager to oversee all areas of the operation in their new high-end, pan-Asian restaurant. Opening later this year in Nottingham City Centre, this will be one of the most high-profile openings in the city in 2025.

Our clients have identified a gap in the Nottingham market for a high-end, high-volume, pan-Asian restaurant and bar offering, and we are looking for a top-class, proven General Manager to oversee the entire operation. This is a new opening (June/July 2025) with investment of close to £3million. Hence, we are looking for the best of the best.

What experience are we looking for in the successful General Manager?

• Proven experience as a restaurant General Manager within a site with more than 100 covers that actualises sales greater than £50,000 per—week net.
• A natural rapport builder who is an expert in leading and motivating their team and who makes every customer feel special
• A passion for and intricate knowledge of food and beverages
• A natural understanding of managing the finances of the business
