General Manager – £65,000 per annum – Prestigious site in Cambridge

Tonic are looking for a General Manager to join our client based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate must have a background within good quality food and beverage operations, and be able to provide a five-star service. The General manager must have the ability to oversee a number of outlets and departments, with a proven track record of managing large teams.

• 3 years experience as General Manager within large, multi-outlet operations
• Educated to degree level in hospitality management
• Experience with managing large teams with multiple direct reports
• Good understanding of retail, fine dining and banqueting/hospitality
• A calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first class food offering
• Financial acumen, capable of managing large F&B revenue
