General Manager – High Quality Venue – £45,000 – £55,000 per annum – Central Oxford

Tonic are searching for a General Manager to oversee the hospitality offering at a fantastic, multi-purpose venue in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have come from first-class hotels, venues or high volume catering, with the ability to manage large teams.

Essential qualities for General Manager applicants to be considered:

• 5+ years of General Manager experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
• A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Good understanding of retail, fine dining and banqueting/hospitality
• A calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first-class food offering
• Financial acumen, capable of managing large F&B revenue
