General Manager – £28,000 – 30,000 plus bonus – Vibrant Street Food & Live Music Venue – Coventry

Our client is the leading provider of street food venues and events outside of London, they currently operate at 2 fixed sites and various remote pop-ups throughout the Midlands. This is their next permanent venture and they are looking for an absolute superstar to lead the team and manage the venue.

Our client is looking for a General Manager who will thrive on creating a busy, casual dining, live music and event space. This person will have strong bar management experience along with restaurant or event experience. 

What we are looking for in the successful General Manager? 

• Experience with street food is desirable but not essential 
• A true passion for food and beverage with a keen eye for emerging trends
• Experience in managing bars / busy wet-led venues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to deal with high-pressure situations and manage a team effectively 
• Excellent team leadership skills
