General Manager, High Quality Venue, £50k – £55k, Central Oxford

Tonic are recruiting for a General Manager to oversee the hospitality offering at a fantastic, multi-purpose venue in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have come from first class hotels, venues or high volume catering, with the ability to manage large teams.

Essential qualities for General Manager applicants to be considered:

• 5+ years of General Manager experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
• A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Good understanding of retail, fine dining and banqueting/hospitality
• A calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first class food offering
• Financial acumen, capable of managing large F&B revenue
