As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the business, from team and standards through to commercial performance, shaping the guest experience and setting the tone for everyone around you. What are we looking for from General Manager candidates?

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a General Manager within a high-quality, branded restaurant environment
  • A strong track record running busy, high-volume operations and leading large teams
  • Solid commercial acumen, including budget management and driving business growth
  • Able to hold food, service and presentation standards to a consistently high level
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to coach and develop people
  • Hands-on, people-focused, and genuinely invested in delivering great hospitality
