What are we looking for from General Manager candidates?
At least 2 years’ experience as a General Manager within a high-quality, branded restaurant environment
A strong track record running busy, high-volume operations and leading large teams
Solid commercial acumen, including budget management and driving business growth
Able to hold food, service and presentation standards to a consistently high level
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to coach and develop people
Hands-on, people-focused, and genuinely invested in delivering great hospitality
