General Manager

Tonic are searching for an ambitious General Manager to lead the team at one of our client’s market-leading gastro pubs in West Sussex. Our client is looking for a customer-focused, energetic General Manager to manage all aspects of the operation, including team development & customer satisfaction, whilst working with the kitchen team to drive the food offering.

What we are looking for in the right General Manager…

• Previous experience in high-end gastro pubs with rooms and private dining offerings
• You will have an exceptional understanding of P&L and controlling the bottom line
• You will have drive, ambition and energy, leading the team to deliver the highest standards
• The ability to inspire and empower your team
• You must have your own transport – Full UK driving license
