Tonic are searching for a Head Chef to lead the Hospitality and Events operation at our client’s exceptional venue in Manchester. Our client is a stand-out hospitality operator and is therefore looking for the best of the best. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be accountable for the department, which offers a range of dining options from casual to fine-dining hospitality. The successful Head Chef will be comfortable managing large-volume food operations in the 1000s and an overall team of permanent and casual staff of 100+ at peak.

What we are looking for in Head Chef applicants:

• A proven track record in large-scale operations as Head Chef
• Expert knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
• Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
• Strong interpersonal skills
• You will be an inspirational leader and enjoy leading and developing your team
