Tonic are looking for an ambitious, hardworking and passionate Head Chef to help take our clients food offering to the next level. This business has taken the Birmingham market by storm since opening and is in a phase of growth. The head chef will oversee all food operations and manage the kitchen and the BOH team in its entirety.
Based in Birmingham City Centre, the Head Chef will be responsible for all people related KPI’s – from picking winners, delivering comprehensive training, engaging team meetings and delivering amazing food. Our client needs their Head Chef to be flexible, change with the times whilst being innovative and of course, lead the team by superb example.
