Tonic are searching for a Head Chef to join one of our client’s B&I contract catering operations in London. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must have a passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability and be able to deliver fine-dining hospitality.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as Head or Executive Chef within high-end B&I 
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 3 rosette is highly desirable
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
