Tonic are searching for a Head Chef to join our client’s exciting food concept due to launch in Birmingham. You will be responsible for implementing and developing a team within this new venue and be instrumental in the success of this site. You must love being part of a vibrant team and exciting brand.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as Head Chef within a fast-paced food environment
• Experience in working within a busy takeaway environment as well as a restaurant
• Strong knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
• A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
