Head Chef – 2 Rosette Restaurant – Birmingham – £45,000 

Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a head chef to lead the brigade at this 2 Rosette restaurant in Birmingham. The food is of great quality and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all of the ‘bells and whistles’, the successful Head Chef will be joining to lead a full brigade of loyal chefs.

What skills and experience are we looking for in the successful head chef? 

  • Experience in leading and motivating a brigade – this might be at sous level, this role would suit an experienced sous looking to step up
  • You will have cooked to a 1-star Michelin/3 Rosette level in the past therefore you will have a natural skill in all sections. Your knowledge base will be wide including Butchery, Fish Prep, Baking and sauce creation 
  • Drive, passion and ambition will be the traits which you exude on a daily basis, you will encourage those around you to be the best they can be through your leadership
