Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client’s high quality, meeting & events venue in central Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within fresh food, high volume operations. As Head Chef you’ll oversee a broad range of events including conferences and weddings within state of the art facilities.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

• 5+ years of Head Chef experience within venues, hotels, and/or event catering
• A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
• An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
• A Head Chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
