Tonic are supporting our client in sourcing a Head Chef for their exciting and forward thinking restaurant near Solihull. The business has built a fantastic reputation and offers an incredible dining experience to it’s loyal clientele. As Head Chef you will be leading and developing the team on-site, with autonomy to introduce new ideas and dishes to the menu each season. 

What our client is looking for in Head Chef applicants:

  • 2 years previous experience as Sous Chef at 3 Rosette or 1* Michelin level
  • Clear stable progression with loyalty shown to previous employers
  • Display a real passion for food and innovation
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • First class knowledge of health and safety legislation
